LOGGING IN
CAN I LOG INTO THIS SITE USING MY KX ACCOUNT DETAILS?
No, only KX40 participants can log into the site after activating their account.
KX40 participants will receive an email on Monday 30 October with a unique link to activate your fundraising account.
Follow the steps to activate your account. Once activated, use your email and chosen password to log in using the link at the top of the page.

I AM HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Only KX40 participants can log in and create a fundraising page.
If you are a KX40 participants, please ensure that you have actiavted your account using the unique link sent to you on Monday 30 October before you attempt to log in.
Please note that the login details for this website are different to your usual KX account login details.

CAN I MAKE A DONATION IF I AM NOT TAKING PART IN KX40?
If you are wanting to make a donation to someone taking part in the KX40 challenge, please make sure you follow the link to donate via their fundraising page directly.
HO DO I DONATE TO SOMEONE I KNOW?
HOW ARE DONATIONS COLLECTED?
Donations are processed by, and sent directly to Lifeline Australia. You will receive a reciept for your donation from Lifeline via email.
DO 100% OF DONATIONS GO TO LIFELINE?
Yes, 100% of the donation amount is sent to Lifeline to fund their call centers across Australia.
ARE DONATIONS TAX DEDUCTIBLE?
Yes, all donations are tax deductible - you will receive a receipt from Lifeline Australia for tax purposes.

HOW DO I FUNDRAISE FOR LIFELINE?
You will receive an email on Monday 30 October with a unique link to activate your fundraising account.
Share this link with your freinds and family to raise funds as you complete the challenge.
All funds are collected by Lifeline and go to fund their life saving work across the country.

HOW DO I EARN BONUS ENTRIES TO WIN THE CLUB MED PRIZE?
Simply fundraise as much as you can, you'll start earning bonus entries when you reach a fundraising milestone. Once you have hit one of the five milestones, the bonus entries will be automatically added to the draw.
Visit the home page, or your fundraising page for more details about the milestones.
HOW MANY BONUS ENTRIES CAN I EARN?
Depending on how much you fundraise, you can earn up to a maximum of 100 bonus entries, plus you'll receive 1 x entry for completing the challenge.
DO I NEED TO FINISH ALL 20 CLASSES FOR THE BONUS ENTRIES TO COUNT?
If you do not complete all 20 classes, you will not be entered into the draw, this includes any bonus entries you have earned through fundraising.
